Summer Program
June 1–19, 2026 • Chicago, IL • Ages 16+
The ENBY Studios Summer Program offers three weeks of focused ballet training, contemporary movement, and professional rehearsal experience inside a gender-expansive environment. Led by the artistic team of EnbyBallet Co-Directors Roberto Vega Ortiz and Carlos Hopuy, the program blends Puerto Rican, Cuban, and American ballet influences to create a modern and inclusive space for technical and artistic growth.
Dancers train daily with EbyBallet company artists and conclude the intensive with a performance weekend.

Training
Daily Ballet Technique, Pointe & Flat Variations, Contemporary, Conditioning, Repertoire, and Partnering.
Creative Work
ENBY Lab is a weekly choreographic lab focused on creation, movement research, and identity-centered exploration within a gender-expansive space.
Rehearsals
Company-style repertory rehearsals Monday–Friday afternoons during Weeks 1 & 2.
Performance
Show Week includes warm-up classes, rehearsals, spacing, notes, Tech/Dress, and two public performances.
Schedule
The full daily schedule will be released soon. Training takes place Monday through Friday, with Saturday ENBY Labs.
Location: Chicago, studio TBD. Final venue announcement expected early 2026.
Tuition
Final pricing will be announced soon. Tuition will include:

Payment plans and limited financial support will be available.
Who should apply (16+)
The program welcomes advanced dancers, emerging professionals, queer and trans dancers, and anyone seeking strong classical training in an inclusive and artist-centered space.
How to Apply
Applicants will be asked to submit:
• Short ballet class video (3–5 min)
• Optional contemporary phrase or variation
• Brief bio or résumé
• A short note about your goals and interest in ENBY Studios
